Temecula is a Piece of Paradise in Southern California

The City of Temecula is located in South Riverside County in the middle of the wine country of Southern California. We are approximately one and a half hours from Los Angeles and about one hour from San Diego.

In fact, we are close enough to either of these two large cities that you can drive out on a Saturday afternoon for wine tasting in our wineries, or you could drive out to visit Old Town Temecula and do a lunch or some shopping. The chooses are endless!

We are proud to have the former Mayor read and write about our website back when we only had about 60 articles. This is what Councilwoman and former Mayor, Maryann Edwards wrote about our website.

The city members have made, and continue to make great efforts in restoring Old Town in the Temecula while building and modernizing the city around it.

Some of award winning wineries do not use chemicals in their vineyards and some farmers grow organic foods.

These growers care for their surroundings and for the paradise they have created. You are welcome to come and enjoy it any time.

Temecula is a modern city with all the necessary services to participate in the world of communications and technology we live in, but we have made great efforts not to make it too obvious.

Most people do not come to the city of Temecula looking for parties or after hour events. Most people come to have a good time and to get some well, deserved rest and relaxation during their stay. People come to enjoy fresh, clean air and some silence away from their lives.

The parties are here if you want to join in, but there is nothing more refreshing than waking up early in the morning and being able to listen to birds singing in the trees and to breath in, filling your lungs with cold fresh air.

Is Temecula That Exhilarating?

These are exhilarating feelings you cannot normally enjoy in the city. By the city I mean nearby Los Angeles or San Diego.

Believe me, Temecula is a city complete with all the services, comforts and whims you can find.

There are small differences though that will make your trip worthwhile.
